This Online Shop website ("Online Shop") is operated by Qmpress. Throughout the site, the terms we, us, and our refer to Qmpress. Qmpress offers you the use of this website, its contents and services, to you, the user, upon your acceptance of the terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

The term condition means the standard terms and conditions of sale set out below, including any special terms and conditions agreed in writing by us.

The term contract means any contract for goods made between you and Qmpress. The term goods means the packaged products or services which we shall supply in accordance with these conditions.

The term you means the customer seeking to purchase the goods from us and you shall be construed accordingly.

If you do not agree to our Terms and Conditions, please do not access the Online Shop or use our services.

Provision of Service

 

You must be over 18 years of age. We do not provide service to minors.

Any order you create and place on the Online Shop is an offer to Qmpress to sell goods to you, and remains open until the order is accepted by us AND your confirmed payment is received by us AND the goods delivered to your delivery address.

All products are subject to stock availability at the time of ordering. While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock, we offer no guarantee of availability, and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer of sale.

All orders placed through our website or phone system are subject to our acceptance of such orders, at which point a contract is formed between you and us, and the goods are dispatched thereafter. Title and ownership of goods pass to you on delivery. The point of accepting the order is considered to be the point of process, picking, and packaging at our warehouse or distribution location.

We may decline to sell you any and all products without reason and without liability to you. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without explanation. We also reserve the right to decline an order where we believe the order was not placed by a valid customer, is maliciously placed, or is to a delivery address outside our chosen limited geographic service area in Ireland.

All prices stated include VAT @ 23%.

Orders places are done on a supply-only basis. Qmpress does not operate an installation, maintenance, or removal service.

Pricing, Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

 

Pricing

The prices charged for your goods will be as displayed and charged in-store at the time your basket is being picked. This may differ from the price shown on the Online Shop at the time you placed your order.

If your original choice is unavailable or out of stock at the time you purchase, a refund for the product will be issued.

Should we hold insufficient quantities of a particular good to fulfil your order, we reserve the right to supply a lesser quantity to you.

Prices for our goods are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Online Shop service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

Cancellations and returns

You may return an item within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your order. All returned items must be unused (sealed) and in their original packaging. We shall then reimburse you within 14 working days of when we receive your returned goods.

You may also cancel your order before despatch.

This right of cancellation does not apply where goods are specifically made to your specification, or personalised at your request.

Outside of the 14 day return period, we may—at our sole discretion—offer a credit note thereafter for goods that remain unused and in their original packaging. Please call us directly should you wish to discuss this. Such goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. We shall not provide a refund for goods that have been damaged whilst in your possession.

We are not responsible for shipping costs incurred for returns. Shipping and any shipping insurance is at your sole expense.

 

Faulty or damaged items should be returned to us within 1 day along with your receipt, for a replacement or refund as per the information below. Please include all packaging and other materials.

Goods with hygiene seals that have been opened cannot be returned unless you believe them to be faulty or damaged.

 

Arranging your cancellation or return

To arrange a return, first contact our support team by emailing info@qmpress.ie with your order number, the details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for returning it. Once we receive your request we shall contact you with further details on how to effect your return.

To cancel a dispatched order, telephone our listed contact numbers, send a written notice of cancellation to Qmpress Ltd, Cools, Headford, Killarney, Co. Kerry, or email us directly at info@qmpress.ie, in each case quoting your order reference number. Once you receive the cancelled order, please return the item back to us within seven days of receipt, leaving the order in its original box and packaging. We will refund you the cost of the unwanted item within 30 days.

 

Damaged on receipt

We always recommend that you do not accept any packages with obvious physical damage. However, if you do accept a damaged delivery, any breakages or damages to the goods within must be reported to us by email within one (1) day of receipt.

Please include photos of your delivery in your email as follows:

    • a photo of the labelling affixed to your package, showing your address information and the package shipment number
    • a photo of your delivery from the outside, showing the entire outer packaging, from which we can determine the extent of the damage
    • a photo of the packaging interior
    • a photo of the goods you received
    • a photo of the broken item(s) clearly showing the damage

 

Defective products

If a product is defective in any way, please contact us by email within 14 days of purchase by email, advising us of the defect. We shall contact you with further details on how to proceed, and either supply you with a replacement, or refund the cost of the product at our discretion.

 

Hygiene and Safety

Personal and filtering products with a security seal may only be returned if the security seal is intact.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Warranty & Liability

 

Most products available from Qmpress are supplied with a 24-month manufacturer's warranty as standard. Any extension(s) or limitation(s) will be indicated on the product details page.

Instaboil Filters must be replaced with an approved Qmpress Instaboil Filter every six (6) months to maintain the warranty. Failure to replace your Carbon Purity Filter every six (6) months can damage the boiler and tap components and will void any warranties given by Qmpress.

Should your product stop working, or you notice a fault during the warranty period, please notify us immediately via phone or email. We shall endeavour to get your product fixed or replaced within ten (10) working days.

 

Returns Service Policy for Qmpress Instaboil 4-in-1 Taps

To arrange a servicing return for your Instaboil 4-in-1 Tap system, we request that you follow these instructions:

  1. Email our service departments at info@qmpress.ie or call us directly on 087 796 4091 to report the issue.
  2. Our Qmpress Service Engineer will attempt to troubleshoot the issue over the phone or, where necessary, send an engineer to inspect the product onsite, and then determine what course of action is appropriate.
  3. The Boiler should only be removed from installation if instructed by our engineer and a “Returns” reference number is issued to either the installer, homeowner, or store.
    Do not accept a verbal reference or engineer's name as sole proof. Email correspondence and confirmation is required as proof of consent.
  4. If the Terms and Conditions as outlined above are NOT fully complied with, the warranty will be considered void.

User Instructions

While we shall endeavour to assist with specific instructions you might request, we are under no obligation to comply with them and may, at our discretion, modify or ignore such instructions. We accept no liability for being unable to follow your specific instructions.

Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available to read on our Privacy Policy page.

Promotions

In circumstances where Qmpress runs additional offers and/or voucher promotions, these may only be used in isolation and not in conjunction with any another offer or promotion unless explicitly stated. This includes any cashback, discount code, or trade account related discount. Please note that before accepting your order if we discover you are not entitled to use such code(s), or do not meet any or all terms and conditions to use particular codes, we may reject your order or process it without benefit or reduction at our discretion.

Discount codes are specific to single products only and not when products are included in packages and or suites.

Any saved baskets, email or social offers may be subject to change when inside or outside of promotional periods.

We reserve the right to withdraw an offer, whether it is a voucher code or reduced price, at any time.

Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

 

Occasionally there may be information on our Online Shop that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, delivery times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Online Shop is inaccurate at any time, without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

All pictures on our website are the best indication we can give of the original item and are for illustration purposes only. All images are displayed with the manufacturer’s/supplier’s permission. On occasion the manufacturer may make small changes to the design of a product, due to this, the item(s) you receive may have small differences to the picture displayed on the website. The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.

We work tirelessly to ensure that prices listed and technical specification information is accurate at the time of purchase. However, we reserve the right to make amendments to the price in order to take into account material price increases, the imposition of taxes or duties, or where—due to an error or omission—the price published for the goods is wrong, whether the order is or is not confirmed. We cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies at any time.

Please be aware that your device may display old pages from our site which may be stored in your device's memory from previous visits. It is vital that you refresh your browser when viewing any page on our web site to acertain the current pricing and availability of goods.

Any price changes will be advised and agreed prior to accepting your order.

Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in these T&Cs, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

    • to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts;
    • to violate any rules, laws, or local ordinances;

    • to submit false or misleading information;
    • to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or other users;
    • to collect or track the personal information of others;
    • to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape;
    • for any obscene or immoral purpose; or
    • to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

From time to time we may remove access to the Online Shop for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

Your use of, or inability to use, the Online Shop is at your sole risk.

In no case shall Qmpress, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.

From time to time, changes and/or new features may be added to the Online Shop. Such changes shall also be subject to these T&Cs.

Our most current version of our T&Cs will always be available on this page. Qmpress reserves the right to update, change or replace any part of our T&Cs. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of, or access to, the Online Shop following the posting of any changes is understood to be your acceptance of our changes.
